Returns Policy
We offer a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be in the same condition as sent. Some items will be non-refundable due to the nature of the product such as blind bags, TCG cards such as Pokémon or Yu-Gi-Oh! sealed product and any sale items.
As part of your refund you will also receive a refund on shipping costs if the whole order is returned. If the whole order is not returned then no shipping refund will be given. Costs of returning the item is the responsibility of the consumer.
We must receive the item(s) back within 14 days from the agreed return date to process the refund and refund should be received within 14 days of us receiving the item(s).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to almost any address in the world! Please check below for more information about your area.
UK & Northern Ireland
Shipping is a flat rate of £6. This does not change based on the size of your order.
We do also offer the option of Click & Collect for local customers.
International Orders
Shipping costs change regularly, this means that it will be calculated once your order has been received.
When your order is initially placed, this does not include postage cost. Postage will be sent to you via PayPal whilst we are packing your order.
If you items are in stock when your order is placed, you can get in touch via our Contact Us page for a shipping quote.
If your country is not listed on our website please let us know and we can add your country accordingly to easily place your order online.
**For pre-orders we won’t be able to estimate shipping as we need the products with us to size and weigh packages to calculate the shipping cost

Delivery Timeframes
We aim to achieve on time delivery with all orders. Once a package has been handed to the courier you will receive an email notification. We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once dispatched, the on time delivery of the package is the responsibility of the of the relevant courier company and G3 Toys cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
Pre Orders
We now offer pre order for select products.
By pre ordering you will guarantee your item(s) before they are released.
All pre orders will be announced on Facebook/social media and will be available on our website g3toys.co.uk.
On the item page, expected release dates will be given in the description along with any applicable information relating to release.
- Click & Collect
You can select pre-order items for click & collect. When the item is available in store you will receive an email notifying you it is ready.
- International pre-orders
If you are an international customer (not in the UK/ Northern Ireland) please get in touch directly with your order. You can use our Contact Us page to place your order.
An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal for only the items ordered. This invoice will not include shipping as this will be calculated closer to the shipping date.
- Pre Order Shipping

- UK & Northern Ireland
Shipping will be automatically included when you place your order online as a standard £6.
Split shipping – If you have placed a pre-order with an item(s) that is ready to send now, we will email asking if you want the other item(s) to be sent separately. If you do want two separate deliveries each will cost £6 each.
An invoice will be sent to the email address used to place your initial order of £6 for additional shipping fees.
- Non-EU Countries
Shipping will be calculated once the item is ready to send. Shipping costs to each country change on a regular basis, so an invoice will be sent to you for shipping once the item(s) have arrived in store.
All invoices are sent via PayPal and will be sent to the original email used to place the order, unless otherwise requested.
Only when we have received payment for shipping will the item(s) be dispatched.
Split shipping – If you have placed a pre-order with an item(s) that is ready to send now, we will email asking if you want the other item(s) to be sent separately. If you do want two separate deliveries each will be calculated individually based on their size/weight/time of delivery.
An invoice will be sent to the email address used to place your initial order for the additional shipping fees.
- Pre Order Dates
Pre order dates are subject to change, depending on supplier availability. This is out of our hands and we will not give specific dates unless confirmed by the supplier.
All pre orders will have a ‘rough date’ of arrival, if this does change you will be notified accordingly.
Changes to pre order dates will not affect your order unless an item is withdrawn from release. In these instances you will be notified and have the option of a refund for the affected item.
You do have the right to cancel your order at any time, if this is the case please get in touch via our Contact Us page with your order number and contact details and we can proceed accordingly.
Stock Outs
Usually everything displayed on our site as “In Stock” is present in our warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event that any ordered items are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification if an item(s) is out of stock and we will offer either a refund for that item or an alternative item of the same value, you also have the right to cancel the whole order. If your item(s) form part of a larger order, all other goods ordered by the customer will be dispatched in the usual way.
